This beautiful sampler is one of the oldest in my collection and is now in chart form for you to re-create for your own sampler wall. Stitch count is 268 by 300. Fabric is 40 count Light Hazelnut by XJudesigns. Threads are Au ver a Soie 3431, 3723, 3815, 3833, Noir; Gloriana Silks Cotswold Blue, Creme de la Creme, Fawn, Golden Squash, and Green Gables; Needlepoint Inc. silks 241, 333, 548, 643, 851; Silk N Colours Linsey-Woolsey and Tulgey Wood. The chart is in full color.
 
Stitches used are cross stitch over one and over two, horizontal and vertical cross stitches, satin stitch, and eyelets. This piece is not suitable for Aida fabric. Directions are included, as well as commentary about the piece and additional photographs.
