Re-Release Ann Dale Big & Beautiful by Shakespeare's Peddler
Error alert: the border has a star symbol -- that should be the large black filled-in circle symbol. I don't know how the first printing got stars -- it's not even a symbol I can use in my cross stitch software. Sorry for the error!
Ann must have been something else...she stitched her sampler with more than 60,000 stitches in 1827. If you're not up to stitching the whole thing, look for "A Part of Ann Dale" elsewhere in my reproductions section on my shop.
I recommend 40 count Vintage Pear by Lakeside Linens, but please be aware this can sometimes run a little more green than the original. Silks used are Needlepoint Silks, Gloriana Holly Berry and Vanilla, and Wheatgrass Belle Soie. I have a conversion to DMC and to Sampler Threads if you like.
Stitch count is a whopping 402 by 531!
