Wednesday, April 16:

I'm back from a wonderful retreat held by the Colorado Sampler Guild of the Rockies. Such lovely needleworkers, and it's always fun to see what everybody is working on!!! Thank you to everyone who made the weekend so easy and so much fun. It was a great privilege to be asked to attend.

I feel like Nashville needlework market madness is finally waning a little bit, and so I'll be taking a bit of a break this week. Even though I was out of the office Friday through Monday, it was a four-day working "vacation," and I always come home pretty beat. We'll be packing orders today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are going to be rest days for me, and I'm hoping we can have a nice dinner and dye some eggs (you're never too old!)

Every Easter, I am reminded of the homily delivered by sweet Father Ron at our church one year. He was a new priest, and also very gentle and kind. Easter services always felt so long, with scratchy panty hose and itchy lace. But that year, his homily was brief and mighty: "The message is simple. Jesus is risen: Alleluia! Alleluia!" And then he sat back down.

Sometimes, the simplest messages are the most pure. Whatever you're celebrating this weekend, this spring, or this year, I hope you find hope, peace, love, and joy!

I don't carry anything I don't like -- truly! There are so many great designs, old and new, so many samplers to stitch, so many fabrics to fondle, and lots of great fibers, books, tools, trims, and more.... watch for more expansion of products  -- to not only include what's good in needlework, but what's good in .... well, being good!

You're going to love my flat shipping fees -- $5 in the U.S. Really! The more you buy, the better that deal gets, so get a clickin'.

Orders are always filled in the order they are received -- shipping waits can vary from one to seven days, depending on order volume. If you can add it to your cart and pay for it, that means that item is in stock and ready to ship to you (unless it's marked as a "preorder.") If you place an order and then see that an item is marked "out of stock," you probably purchased the last one. Items are subtracted from my inventory one-by-one as orders are placed.

I appreciate your business, support, friendship, and well-wishes. They keep me going day-after-day. Cheers! - Theresa
